If you do not already have a personal LIMU site name, your IAMLIMU.com user name is your Member ID. If you dont have an Online Office account, your IAMLIMU.compassword is your home phone number.
3. Proceed to set up your unique profile.
4. Share it! Youre off and running.

As you know, LIMU implemented a new Back Office over the past weekend, and brought that new system online starting at 8:00am EST on Monday. Were very excited about the new system and its ability to help you build your business, and were committed to keeping you posted on our progress. You spoke, we listened, and now were getting back to you with this update. Well also continue to update you as needed, throughout this process:
We have successfully and accurately transferred and converted all of the information found in our old Back Office system, into the new system. As you have seen, we have had some challenges in getting that information to show properly within your IAMLIMU site, and we are working aggressively to rectify those display issues. The great news is that all of the data transitioned correctly, as we expected it would, and we can put our focus on showing that data in the appropriate formats in your Back Office within 48 hours.
We have successfully processed, transmitted and shipped all of the AutoShip orders scheduled for Sunday, January 13
th
and Monday, January 14
th
. Today we will transmit the much larger number of orders that are typically processed out on the 15
th
of the month and expect that process to be 100% successful as well.
We are working closely with our vendor partners to assure that shipment tracking numbers will be shown on your IAMLIMU site no later than tomorrow. This will allow you to track your orders as you have before, a feature we know is most important to you.
All of your commission history, including the information for todays bonus run, will be activated by tomorrow, January 16th. We ran the December Bonus as normal today and those funds will be available to you on schedule.
We have isolated and prioritized the list of additional remaining adjustments we need to make. We are working through that list quickly with our vendor partners, and thank those of you who have confirmed specific issues with our Member Services group. Our systematic approach to date has helped us resolve the majority of those issues very quickly, and that will continue as long as needed. We expect that most of the issues will be resolved over the next 48 hours, including 
Showing volume in Waiting Rooms
Fixing any discrepancies in Quick Reports
Expanding the current capability of the Graphic Tree
Realigning graphic elements
Consolidating and refining reports
We are also working aggressively toward the re-enablement of auto-response emails such as the introductory notification Welcome for new enrollments, order confirmation and shipment notification emails.
As we did at the beginning of this effort, we thank you again for your patience during this process. More importantly, we appreciate the leadership youve shown to your groups and to us during this important transition. We will continue to keep you updated as we finish all necessary adjustments, so that you will receive the full benefit of the bigger, better, faster and simpler system we have put into place for your LIMU business.
